Sorry for no video post this weekend. My “camera man” came down with the flu and I didn’t get a chance to post one. But soon!!
My brain has been all over the place lately. Im still trying to really get focused on my goals for 2017. I have so many different ones.
But my “running” goal remains the same.
2017 Goal: New PR for 5K (trying to go for 22:00 minutes. Previous record was 23:50)
2018 Goal: Enter NYC 1/2 Marathon
2019 Goal: *Possibly* train and run in Nashville Marathon.
